All SnappyTack prints are designed, printed, framed, and packed by hand at our two-person studio in Maidstone, Kent. We're a Hahnemühle-certified UK fine art studio at Royal Star Arcade, Unit 24-25. Every order is personally produced by the founders — Kadir, a photographer with 35 years of experience, and his wife Nuray, a former art teacher who handles framing.
Yes. Use our Custom Print page to upload your image. We print it on the same Hahnemühle fine art paper with the same magnetic hanging system as our collection prints. Minimum recommended resolution is 2400×3000px for prints up to 30×40cm. We review every upload manually and will advise honestly if a file isn't suitable before charging.
We offer 30-day returns on all standard collection prints — no questions asked. The print just needs to come back unused with the magnetic discs intact. Custom uploads (your own photo) are non-returnable unless faulty, but we replace any printing or packaging defect free of charge. Email info@snappytack.com within 7 days of receipt for damage claims.
