Ordering & Files
We accept JPG, PNG and TIFF files. For best print quality, upload at a minimum of 150 dpi at your chosen print size. Our team reviews every file before printing and will contact you if your image may not reach the quality you expect.
Yes — photograph your print flat in good natural light, straight-on with your phone camera, and upload that image. For best results avoid flash. Our studio can also enhance image quality as part of our photo restoration service.
Our live configurator gives you an accurate preview of your print before you order. For photo restoration orders, we always send a digital proof within 4 hours for your approval before we print anything.
We offer sizes from 20×30 cm up to 60×90 cm across our Print Only, Dibond and Framed Print ranges. For bespoke or oversized prints, contact us directly.
Yes — our Framed Print option includes a solid handcrafted wood frame in Black, White or Natural Oak finish, with your choice of print size up to 40×55 cm. All frames are fitted with our zero-damage magnetic hanging kit.
Magnetic Hanging System
No. Our adhesive pad is designed for smooth painted walls and leaves no residue when removed. It is not recommended for textured, rough or wallpapered surfaces — in those cases our standard hook hanging option is included in the box.
Yes — that's the whole point. The magnetic system lets you remove and reattach your print as many times as you like without affecting the wall adhesion. Perfect for renters and anyone who likes rearranging their walls.
The standard kit supports prints up to 40×55 cm and approximately 2 kg. For larger or heavier pieces, we include a reinforced kit with two adhesive points for added security.
The magnetic adhesive works best on smooth, clean painted walls. It does not adhere reliably to textured plaster, bare brick, or wallpaper. In these cases, use the included hook hanging option instead.
Printing & Quality
We print exclusively on Hahnemühle fine art paper — the world's leading archival paper, used in museums and galleries globally. We are a Hahnemühle Certified Studio, offering German Etching 310gsm (textured, ideal for photography and art) and Photo Rag 308gsm (smooth, deep colour reproduction).
Hahnemühle fine art paper combined with our Canon pigment inks is rated for 100+ years of archival stability when displayed behind UV-protective glass or acrylic. Even without glass, you can expect decades of colour stability in normal indoor conditions.
Dibond is a professional 3mm aluminium composite material — two thin sheets of aluminium bonded to a polyethylene core. Prints mounted on Dibond are rigid, lightweight and incredibly durable with a premium gallery feel. They come with our zero-damage magnetic hanging kit included.
