We want you to love your SnappyTack print. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If your order arrives damaged or does not meet the quality you expected, please contact us at info@snappytack.com within 30 days with a photo of the issue and we will arrange a free reprint or full refund — no questions asked.

Custom & Personalised Orders As all personalised prints are made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind on custom pieces. However, if there is a quality issue or damage, we will always make it right.

How to Request a Return Email us at info@snappytack.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We aim to respond within 1 working day.

Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.
