Terms of Service

By placing an order with SnappyTack, you agree to the following terms.

Our Products All prints are produced to order in our Maidstone, Kent studio. As each item is individually made, slight variations in colour and finish may occur between screen preview and printed output. We use calibrated professional equipment and Hahnemühle certified materials to ensure consistent, museum-quality results.

Orders & Payment Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. We accept all major credit and debit cards via Shopify Payments. Prices are displayed in GBP and include any applicable taxes.

Production & Dispatch We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. During busy periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day) this may extend to 5 working days. You will be notified by email if there is any delay.

Personalised Orders For personalised prints, you are responsible for ensuring the image you upload is of sufficient quality and that you have the right to use it. We will not reproduce images that infringe third-party copyright.

Intellectual Property All artwork in our Art Gallery is the original work of UV Photography Ltd. Reproduction, resale or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays or errors outside our control.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
