Everything you need to know before you book

Yes, booking in advance is recommended as slots fill quickly, especially weekends. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
The actual photography takes just 5 minutes per person. Please allow 15-20 minutes for your full visit including check-in and choosing your favourite shot.
A 50% deposit confirms your slot and covers our preparation time. The remaining balance is paid on collection when you pick up your finished print.
Yes, completely safe. We photograph from age 5 and over. The camera never touches your eye. No drops, no flash, no discomfort.
Most orders are ready within 3-5 working days. If you need it sooner, let us know in your booking notes.
Yes. Please give us at least 48 hours notice to reschedule at no charge. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit the deposit.
Yes. All packages include high-resolution digital copies of every iris photographed. These are delivered via email after your session.
